Default Quick Build QB20

Hi RC Universe

I was wondering if anybody out there had photos or info on building a QB20, The kit was my dad's about 15 years ago. i have just started and would be good to have something more than just planes to work off

Cheers.

Gosh, I remember the QB series. Great little planes. They build easily. If you've built a couple of kits already, you can probably build it just from the plans.

Good luck with it.

That series was a great trainer, easy to build and durable. Which version are you looking for? I have the actual plans for the "H" (high wing) and "S" (shoulder wing) and a hand drawn transfer for parts of the "L" (low wing) style. I wore the low wing set out and had to draw the parts to have them for the future, I've built four or five of them over the years. I may be able to have them scanned to scale and saved to disk. If you're interested and willing to cover the cost I can find out what it would take to have it done.

No, I have no pictures of the high wing, but I've found the shoulder and low wing on this site. The gentleman who has them in his gallery is PIPER_CHUCK. You can do a member search and view his gallery of pictures......hope this helps.

I actually have only two right now, both are old Dynaflight kits. They're the Mark's Models/Dynaflight Fun Scale 40 P-51 and Corsair. I've been out of the hobby for several years and I just getting back in. The Mustang is over 20 years old and has had three different covering schemes through the years, right now it's the Dago Red......I've included a picture in my gallery. I'll likely be building another QB20L in the near future. I've always loved it's ease of construction and flying characteristics. Good luck with your building.

I have a (really 2) set of construction guide. Tell me if you need it. I built this plane in 1980.

regards
