Default any comments please on the protech Onyx F3A kit.

What is optimum CG position? Anyone have trouble with the cowl fit? What is the best way to find engine thrust line?

Default Onyx 140

All I can say is that the Onyx 140 is one great looking model. In the process of building one. Had a little bit of trouble with the cowl, I had to remove a good portion from the underside to make it fit. Going to mount the engine tonight hopefully using a Hyde ARI mount. It is going to be a bit tricky since there are no thrust lines, but I've done it before on previous models, I think I'll manage. I have to say for the money, it's one great deal, every thing is supplied.
