There used to be a very well done video by one of the members of the Des Moines Modelaires.. I believe he filmed a tape on trainer construction, one on building with foams, and maybe a couple others. I think the kit building tape showed a sig kadet possibly being built. I imagine it has been 15 years since he filmed them. He was a quality builder, and also a full scale builder and an active inspector for experimental full scale projects.

The problem with a "Building Video" is that there are so many different techniques that what you may see in the video can be totally different that the kit YOU are building.
A good example of this is to look at how a Goldberg fuselage is built compared to other Mfgr's
Or look at how some wings build the ribs into the shaped LE, while on others, the rib fronts glue to a strip of flat wood, then a balsa block is glued on and shapped by hand.
