Have any of you fellows had any trouble with the cowl fitting ???

There is no way I can get mine to fit over the fuse.

Thanks,
Bob

if it's an ARF then I don't really know what to tell you, but if it's the builders kit....shouldn't the cowl match up flush with the fuse?

Its a builders kit, I think I just found the problem. After I cut the bottom of the cowl out for the venting, it had enough flex in it to go over the fuse.

On mine I had to round the bottom of the fuse a little more than what it shows on plans. It now matches the profile of the cowl.

Thats what I did too but I was trying to get it on before I did the bottom cutout on the cowl. It is tight tho. I just got the Saito 100 and don't know yet if I'm going to ge able to conceal the muffler in the cowl, I have it mounted sideways, the 100 muffler is quite a bit bigger then the 91.
