Balancing Hog Bipe

I FINISH MY HOG BIPE

I NEED TO KNOW DO YOU HAVE TO FUEL THE TANK FIRST BEFORE YOU BALANCE IT OR NOT?
I'M PUTTING A TIGER SHARK .75 IN IT FOR STARTERS

Balancing Hog Bipe

Balance it without fuel in it. If you balance with fuel, as the fuel runs out, the plane will become more tail heavy and more unstable.
