Default Goldberg Sukhoi help?

I am building a Goldberg sukhoi, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what former B2 looks like???????? Former B2 is on the plans but is not mentioned anywhere in the instruction book. They don't even show it in the parts list!!!!! Has anyone else run into this problem? I don't have former B in my kit. I found the sheet that it is suppose to be on. This same sheet contains formers A, C and D. The place former B is suppose to be is just blank!!! Its like they forgot to die crush that former when they did the rest of that sheet.??? Any help is greatly appreciated

I'd be happy to check my plans and the instruction manual tonight as well.

I have an old wing mounted landing gear version. Former B is directly in front of the wing and ties the wing dowl plate to the fuse. I suspect you have the fuse mounted gear, in which case I'm not going to be of much use.

Default Thanks

ilikeplanes,

I do have the fuse mounted gear version. On my plans former B2 is used to secure the wing dowel. Former B is between former B2 and former A. It is just aft of the fuel tank.

Thanks again for checking your plans for me. I will just have to call Goldberg and see if they can point me in the right direction.

Checked my plans...

I have the wing mounted gear version. Formed B goes right in front of the wing. It has a hole in it for the wing dowel. You are right that the former is located in the ply with formers A and C. This information probably will not help you much with the fuse mounted gear.
