I am getting ready to put my horizontal stab and wing onto my TF P51B (1/7 scale) and I want to know if zero degrees incidence is correct for the 2 surfaces? Thank you.

Your plans and instructions should indicate the incidence angle (if any). Usually the tail is zero, and wing has the incidence if there is any.
