I have an .061 engine that I used in a 1/2a combat plane. Our club decided to stick with SSC class so I thought I would find a small kit for the engine. Is this a good kit [link]http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&W=000586846&I=LXM388&P=K[/link]? Any other ideas on a kit.
I was not sure if I should post here or in the 1/2a forum.

I built the Herr 1/2A P-51. It's a nice kit and flys great. Mine had a Norvel .074 but an .061 is what they actually recomend. The Herr Pitts kit look sintersting too. I bought mine from Sheldons Hobby but they are also available at www.sigmfg.com

You should try the Herr Pitts Special Kit .061-.074,30" http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXVK57&P=ML
I am currently working on one on the side as I build my trainer and it is a very fun build.

Yes, that would be the Pitts Special 1/2A I am working on . . . this is where I am now with it. I highly recommend it.
I am putting a A.P Wasp .061 and a Hitec Laser4 with micro-servo pack in it.
