I am building a gp mustang 40 kit and was wondering if anyone has used the mini or park servos for weight savings. The GWS servos I looked at have more torque than the standard airtronic servos I have currently. The GWS park is only .67 oz and has a torque of 58 oz-in. My standard servoes are 1.44 oz and have a torque of 42 oz.-in. I would save half the weight in servos if I used the mini's over the standards but have not found anyone talking about them in these forums. Any comments would be appreaciated.
Thank you
John

Thanks for the replies. I was out of town for work the last week so I am just getting to order the servos now. I want to use them in the wing of a p51 mustang 40 kit from GP. I can save 4.75 oz by using the mini servos throughout the plane.
Thanks again.
