Balsa USA decals
Hi
Building the Balsa USA DR1 kit, ordered and received the Maltese cross decals $35.95 US). These are like no others I've seen. There is a peel-off backing but also a fiberglass like covering over the top.
Anyone out there can inform me of the proper application of these decals.
Emailed Balsa USA on five occasions, no replys.
