I think the Ultra Stick is a Hanger 9 design. I don't think anyone else offers this airplane as a kit or ARF. However, the stick linage desends from the original which was call Das Ugly Stick.

Not sure if this helps you ...
Model Airplane News sells plans for many different planes. If you are interested in scratch building a "Stik" then they may have what you're after. I checked and they have plans for what they call a "Wild Thing .40". Looks like a Stik to me. Since you're building it from plans, you can modify it however you want. Now if you are not interested in scratch building this might not be your answer.
