Finishing up building my great planes .20 cub and I noticed that both the ailerons are warped any suggestions on how to get them straight?

Carefully use your iron, and heat them up, while twisting them in the opisite way, hold until cool, repeat if they aren't quite there. If that dosen't work, remove and replace.

Wet them with a spray bottle. Use water (ammonia is only a myth and it discolors your wood). Pin them flat and straight. I usually use a straight edge and a small triangle square. Let dry. If this doesn't work, then over correct for the warpage, repin, respray and re-let-dry. Heat works too. You can form your own theory from this:
Heat = contraction
water = expansion.
