Default no Wot - would it handle a 40/46 size engine?

Im building a Uno Wot by Chris Foss, it will be my 2nd model(currently flying a Seagull Cessna with a 46 os engine) im thinking is a .25 engine going to give me enough power, being in the uk and therefore often plenty of wind, would it be better to use 40 or 46 size engine has anybody used this size engine in a Uno Wot?
