From: Hazel Green, AZ,
I have a Aeroworks Extra 330L that has 2 servos in each wing. I'm using Hitec HS-625MG in both wings they have 76.3oz torque each yet it looks to me like the weight of the aileron causes the servos to buz. The reason I think this is because when I set the wing vertical with the aileron facing straight up the bzzing stops. Are these bad servos or what.

If your linkages are right, horns are aligned properly, I think I would switch servos. This would help troubleshoot the prob. Then again, you might try making sure that both pairs of servos are working in perfect unison. You might look into a Matchbox or some similar device.

Try turning the pots down , deflect the ailerons to the fullest deflection and then turn the pots slowly and see if the buzz stops
sometimes it is just a small amount over throw that causes this buzz .
