Default What to build???

I am just finishing up a scratch built Curare pattern plane and I am torn between 3 planes. I have an old red box Top Flite Corsair sitting on the shelf, I really want a to build another Golberg Super Chipmunk, but would also just love to have a Tiger 60 deluxe with the retracts.

The cost of the Corsiar will be the highest, the Chipmunk will be the lowest, with the Tiger in the middle.

I have built 3 Chipmunks, 2 smaller Corsairs, and I had a Jr Tiger for many years. I wore out 2 O.S. FP .35's in it.

Just looking for help in getting me to LEAN in one direction or the other. If I was made of money I would go with all three.

Thanks.

Dru.

Simple, If you want to spend lots of time building, build the Corsair.

If you want to spend just a little time building and have a sweet, fun-to-fly plane, build the Tiger.

And if you want to spend just a little time building, but have a real acrobat, Build the Chippie.

That is the problem I have. I love the way the Chipunk flys. It does everything and then some. It lands like a trainer with the flaps down, yet will do any thing you want in the air.

Corsair is going to be a longer term project. I may start it and build something else at the same time.

I have not flown the 60 size Tiger but have heard that it is a sweet plane. I like the tri geaer retracts.

Oh the decisions we have to make.

You can build the tigre the fastest, so start the corsair, when you get tired, take a break and build the tigre, then go back to the corsair, when you get tired build the chippie, then finish the corsair. I do that quite often. Usually have 4 or 5 going.

Flyboy you are going to get me in trouble with the boss. I am going to order the the Chipmunk or the Tigre with in a month. If I can swing it I will order both. I may try to talk my brother into ordering one of them and I can scratch build the other.

Flyboy this is the only time I can remember when I did not have three or four plane under construction. To keep me bussy I just went through and re-setup my two helicopters, and checked up and fixed anything that was wrong with the 11 planes I have radio gear in. I also finished the 8 planes I had under construstion or reconstruction after crashes. I have cleaned out my bone yard. That is one of the reasons I started the Curare. It is almost done now. I will start the covering tomarrow.

Thanks.
