i finished my scale and pondering on what paints to use, the pondering stems from whether to spend 8 bucks for a can of lustrekote or spend 3.99 at the autoparts store or at lows. Another reason is i covered it with finishing epoxy and fiberglass cloth, i want to know what is safe to use on fiberglass other than lustrekote, what else will give that high-gloss shine as lustrekote, i am trying to go down the cheap route as far as painting is concerned, is that a wise idea??are there alternatives other than lustrekote, i appreciate your valuable inputs as far as painting is concerned.
