Default where to find Gee Bee kit?

I really like the looks of the Granville aircraft and am looking to form a collection of the different models and was wondering if anyone knows where a person can obtain a C,D,E model built from balsa and not foam? I found several old post on another forum in the past of someone who had D or E model prints drawn up and had the parts cut for a kit but I don't know if he ever made it available or what happened to the prints. Any help would be appreciated.

You can get a .40 size "D", and an "E", from Spirit Of Yesteryear Models; http://www.soy.on.ca/Plane2.html
They are reissues of the older Coverite kits, designed by Henry Haffke. If I remember correctly, the "D" has options for the "C" & "X" models.
I built the Coverite "D" several years ago. It was a bit heavy, but still, not a bad flyer.

[8D]That is exactley the type of plane I am looking for! That being said I would have to think twice before starting this kit as the manufacture warns that it would be for experienced kit builders and I only have a couple kits under my belt. How was the building process for you? Any one else know of any more Gee Bee models kit or arf out there?

Most any GeeBee, or any other "scale" kit, is for more advanced builders. However, those Gee Bees are not to hard to build. The designs are a little dated, so it depends on what you have built. The wing has a lot of ribs, and spars. The fuse on the "D" is slab sided. The tailfeathers are slab build.
