Default Adding flaps?

Just about all of us with CA coated finger tips has hacked a set of flaps into a wing at sometime or another. I'm looking for suggestions on a neet, clean but simple flap hinge line for a Ultra Sport 60 I'm building. I would like to get away from the usual 45* CA hinge line gap you see on most sport planes. I'm looking for something a little more subtle and clever. Don't be afraid to attach some pictures, we love pictures!

Hi Green River: Have you taken a look at the Robart hinge method? You might find the tight hinge line you are looking for. Let me know what you think about this style of hinging.

A couple of manufacturers of the larger planes 35% and up have gapless hinges. You might like to give that a try if your willing to spend the time. Check out the WH web site, there are some good pictures of their gapless hinges and will give you a better idea of how to do it.
