Default Four Star 120 Question

I believe the firewall on this kit is 4.5 wide x 5.5 high, the former per se. If this is incorrect, please advise?

My question is, what is the vertical distance from the top of the firewall to the centerline of the prop shaft (thrust line)?

Thanks in advance if you can assist.

DR

Curious to see how and what kind of a cowl your going to attach on this plane. I gave up on trying for mine. MM

MM

I have given the cowl a lot of thought, looked at a few to see how close or how hard they would be to put on.
Yea I think I will give up on mine too.

Don't give up.... Make your own cowl. Its not as hard as it may seem.

I bought mine from Fiberglass Specialties.

I'll post pics when I get her finished.

I'm using the BCMA 26cc motor. Give me about a week.

Do you happen to have the FS part number for that cowl ?

Looks spiffy,

Or you can just e-mail Craig from the website... He's a great guy to work with.

I didn't realize that FS made a cowl specifically for the 4*120.
Next one I build ,(for me)will have one.

It's actually a Cap 21 cowl...?

Never had one of those.

Fits the Fuse great though.

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to make a big cut-out for the muffler and for the carb.

I'll post pics when I'm done
