Default Senior Telemaster, decent flyer?

How is this Hobby Lobby kit, as far as quality of build, and does it fly well. Any info on this or the 40 size?

Great flying SLOW flyer. Can haul all you want to install. Also either is reat for a float plane! My 40 had a bombay door and flaps. Lots of fun!!

Great! I think I will build one for the wife. Something SLOW with light wing loading, a floater. I think it will be just right.

Default Strengthen the tail

Hi Aeronaut. I built one a few years ago. I read all the posts here that Icould find. The one thing that a lot of the guys said was that there is a lot of twist in the tail. I added diagonal supports to the stringers and fibreglassed the tail from the rear of the wing back. Seemed to help as the control was fine and it still weighed in at 9lbs ready to go. Good luck, Tracy.

You will love it and do put flaps on it. I flew my friends and we had a slight head wind so I just dropped the flaps and idled back till it was just hanging there like a kite, laughed my butt off I was having so much fun, now I have one also!!!!
