I have a 4*60 which was started 2 years ago and put aside. I am just finishing it off, but can't find the plans for the CG. I have done a search but haven't seen any specific numbers. Can anyone tell me the suggested CG.

Thanks.

I'm at work, so I don't have the plans in front of me, but balance it on the spar and it will fly.

I finished a 4* 60 with a OS 91 FS and it balanced perfectly. The balance point is right on the main spar. The instructions advise to balance the plan while upside down. Also the control surface movements are: Elevator 3/4 in up and down, Rudder - 1 inch right & left and Aileron 5/8 inch up and down. Good luck.

Okay, now I feel foolish. I installed all the components, Saito 91 etc and put in the pilot just to see how it balanced before covering and I think I forgot to balance it upside down. DOH

Almost finished the covering now and then I'll make sure I do it right this time.

I think you will still be okay. They recommend balancing upside down because it is suppose to be easier. I find no difference.
