EPC,

I have the Page R2 about 85% completed at this point. The kit is beautiful, laser cut and all of the parts fit well. Be advised that this is a builders kit, there are lots of things to be thought through and considered. The instructions I have are basically the same that were printed in the RCM article. They are enough to get the airplane completed but are rather lacking when compared to manufacturers such as Great Planes or Midwest. I also found that there were parts included in the kit that are not mentioned anywhere in the instructions as well. There are things that are not extremely well pointed out in the instructions that one must pick up by viewing the construction pictures. I managed to screw my fueselage up royally and now have a partially scratch built airplane. In the kits defense though the pictures are very clear where I made my mistake and I still can't believe I did it. I contacted Adrian and he did send me all of the replacement parts I asked for and never billed me anything. I had decided to scratch build the parts I needed by the time they arrived though. All in all I am pleased with the kit, just take your time and think it through all the way. Not sure when I will get it done because flying season is just around the corner and I am trying to get other birds ready to fly.

Vince is right. am about ready to start covering mine and I would say that the directions leave alot to be desired. You must think your way through the steps. I got the Glass pants and cowl. The glass work is outstanding! The engineering is Outstanding! the laser cutting is Outstanding! Think each stepthrough and be ready to handle a few problems this will be OK if you have 5-6 kits under your belt but you can get discouraged with some of the problems you run into.
