go to tower hobbies the gp catalog you have might be a bit behind. the 40 plus will not be the same plane. its a good flyer but nothing like the original. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXJ583&P=7

Hello millsap, both planes are in stock at TH, and yes, they are different planes, the US40 is a smooth plane with fame of "the best sport plane ever", I've been seriously considering ordering one. In the other hand, I have a US+ and it is more of a high performance machine, yet docile and precise at low rates.

well i just crashed my us40 and i will build one again .I think i will build a us40 i loved mine best flying plane in my hanger .I have 7 second is my skybolt an old sig kit open cockpit
my uproar with a new ax55 lots of fun......not a arf flyer.....no disrespect to arf flyers
