I noticed that no one has actually voted ... I'm in the same camp as I do both. If I broke it down, I'd say that most of the building assembling is done standing while covering & sanding is done seated (when possible). Probably a 70% standing type deal...

My Feedback: (-1)
I just went and looked at the photo I posted. There is A Scratch built Boeing F4B-2 on the wall, A hot little racing Corsair under that and A 4*60 getting the gear installed on the stand. I was showing I had two nice rolling chairs at my bench and the only thing mentioned is Butts.

As for stand versus sit, it depends what workbench I am at. One os low so sitting is pretty much mandatory and the other tow are pretty high so standing is easier.

i prefer to build either on a large flat floor, or on a coffee-table height desk.
the cutting, sticking e.t.c i do standing up, also if ive been sitting down for a long time i find i get cramps and aches in my legs and lower back (im 15 and already i feel like an old man! :P)
