Just got one today. It is a Top Flite Gold Kit.
Bought it locally for $40.00
The guy who had it started the tail feathers, but
never finished it. Great buy for me, now I got
something new to work on.

Todd One suggestion I might make is the kit showes 1/16 balsa for the fualage sheeting . that makes for a real wavy fushlage and you don't have much to sand. I used 3/32 sheetbalsa . It worked great and the extra weightwasn't enough to wory about. Also the plastic cowl is ugly and flimsy. I got a fiberglass cowl from a guy in phoenix. and itn is more to scale.

Rich,
thanks for suggestions, I alreayd found out about the 1/16" balsa.
Will be changing that. I have a cowl on order from Stan's Fibertech in Riverside. I bought a cowl for my GP spitfire and works great so I ordered one for the 190. I agree after splitting the cowl on my Spit, I knew the one for the 190 wouldnt last long
thanks,
Todd
