I need some help;
After spending four (4) hours of searching Google, Yahoo, Ask and even dusting off my copy of Web Ferret and scanning over 16 pages of this forum, my efforts to locate a viable laser kit cutter have produced nothing but frustration.
My query?
Could anyone recommend a custom* kit cutter? (Laser prefered)
I've a plan set for a TA-7 Corsair ll I want several kits cut from and any help would be greatly appreciated

Try Larry Katona at Precision Cut Kits. I know he laser cuts at least some of his kits, depends on which plans they are. If you're wanting several kits, he might set up for laser. Good guy to work with you.

I've worked with John Marien at NorthEast Aerodynamics on a couple laser cut custom jobs and he has been great.

His website is: http://ne-aero.com/

The trouble you may have with cutting from plans, is that the plans will have to be transferred to an electronic format that the laser can use to cut the kit. In many cases, this can get quite expensive. John redrew a set of my hand drawn plans for what I felt was very economical. Contact him and he should be able to get you an estimate at the time involved, if I remember correctly it was about $35/hr at the time.
