Default enforcer building problem - BalseUSA

I need some help understanding the following. I am building kit of Enforcer from BalsaUSA but having slight problem understanding the verse 14 and 15 on page 15 from the manual. Have attached the scanned page as well. Can someone please elaborate this in more detail. I am not able to understand the 15th verse. Saying Draw a line along the length of the LE strip 1/16' to 1/8' from one of the edges. Can't understand where to start and finish from.

Goni, It looks to me like the instructions call for the leading edge to be installed with its top surface approximately 1/16" to 1/8" (about 2mm) above the upper edge of the ribs. The pencil line allows you to keep it even. There will probably be some sheeting that butts to this raised section of leading edge. Minnflyer posted while I was typingsame idea, his drawing ins much more helpful.
