Both are great airplanes with little to choose between them. I have had 2 4*60s and have tested and flown both the Tiger 2 and Tiger 60.
While you are building your 4*60, be sure to clip off 1 rib on each side. They roll better and you won't notice any landing differences.
I like the 4* because it is an easy plane to kit bash into a mock warbird. On either plane, be sure the stab is glued on well and use some dowels to pin the stab in place. I lose a stab on a .91 powered 4* and have seen Tiger 60s lose the stab. My current 4*60 that has a Magnum .91XLS with an Ultra Thrust tuned muffler for power, has bracing rods from the stab to the bottom of the fuselage.
Some people may tell you the 4* doesn't have a symmetrical airfoil so the Tiger must be better, but don't put any stock in this observation. I have flown both planes and you will never notice the difference. The 4* does outsides great.

I have flown them both, prefer the Tiger .60 though, I feel it has better tracking qualities (sort of like a light pattern plane). Don't get me wrong, the 4* is an enjoyable plane to fly also.
