Did I get a deal on this kit?
OK guys, just picked up a Sig 300 Extra (40 size) kit. Everything is there & in new condition. I paid 50 bucks for it. Did I get a deal or not?

Yeah, I kinda thought I got a deal. It's that ,usually when I get there, the guy says,"oh, I just sold that for 50 bucks. You know, a day late a dollar short. When the guy said "50 bucks" I about broke my wrist getting my billfold out!!!

Considering the Four Star 40 size kit sells for 80 bucks, heck yeah you got a good deal on the Extra!

Alex: Wow looks like and extra and its fuselage is thick, makes it easy to work inside, is it a GreatPlanes Extra?

Not bragging at all. It seems like every time I buy something like that. The next day I find out that it was really worth 20 bucks! The box is like new,it was taped shut with scotch tape. I don't think the box had ever been opened ! I think I might just put this kit up on the closet shelf & let it sit for a while. Oh, yea, I wish I knew how to post pics. I've pretty much figured out how to do it on RCU. It's that I can never find them on the stupid computer. Listen to me ,I'm calling the computer stupid !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
