I need a builder for a couple of warbirds. . First is a Top Flite giant P47, n.i.b., second (maybe) is a Top Flite giant P51 that has been started. I won't say that money is no object, but I want LIGHT, STRAIGHT planes done in a timely fashion and am willing to pay for it.. The P51 has been at a local builders for over 3 years and I am starting to lose my sense of humor about the delays. These a/c will be flyers so they don't have to be super detailed, just look very nice. Both need to be glassed, I can do the paint. I would prefer a builder within reasonable driving distance of Minneapolis, MN to avoid shipping completed airframes. As always, I would like to see pics of your previous projects. We're just starting a loaded GS P47 this summer for Rich Firestine here in NJ, now would be a great time to get yours going too. Doubles are easier on the brain, especially with the scale stuff.Crated shipping is included in our price, check your email for details.
I may be able to help you out with the p51 too, but I'm a bit leery of taking over another builder's project...too often you end up with none of the credit and all of the blame if he's made a mess!
