ffdg,
Hi,
Try moving the CG back to 3 3/4" to 4"; 3 3/8 sounds as if its too close to the leading edge causing your bird to be tail heavy. The worst model I have to CG is my KMP Hurricane; I have a Magnum 1.2 in the nose with a Dave Brown spinner; I still had to add 19oz of lead to the nose before she would balance correctly to include moving the flight battery under the fuel cell.

Hi the balance is very good now and she flys great so now I have a problem with keeping my rudder on.The rudder keeps braking my hinges.I had 3 dubro hinges on it and they broke off after about 4 flights, repaired it and installed 4 hinges and today they broke off......What is wrong and what can I do about this?....HELP.....!!!!!!!

Never ha a hinge problem of any kind on a Kougar or King Kobra … except in a crash. However the rudder is usually connected to the front wheel steering, which receives a lot of shock load.
