There are many manufacturers that make good quality kits that are laser cut. The one that readily comes to mind is SIG (www.sigmfg.com), although not all their kits are laser cut so be sure to read the description.
There is a thread in the Kits forum called "Where all the kits have gone", there is more than enough sources in there.

there getting harder to find, at least variety. I've build several top flight kits and like them, Great planes stuff is almost always flawless. Lanier had the best quality but has been bought out and seemingly buried by great planes. house of balsa and balsa usa are more traditional kits but are very high quality
