Default Super Customer Support from Sig

I ordered some fuel and a few hardware items from Sig last week.
The order came in a timely manner and all was well.
Well today I got an e-mail from Sig saying that their shipping dept thought they had forgotten to send 100 screws that was to go with the pack of 50 control horns that was part of the order.
Originally when I opened the order the 50 control horns were in a separate bag and I just assumed that by buying in bulk at such a low price that maybe the screws were not to be included. Also I have a huge assortment of screws from being in the hobby for 35+ years. I guess I really didn't even think much about it at all one way or the other.
I e-mailed them back and said that no, there were no screws included.
Now I expect to see them in the mail in short order.
I think this says a lot about Sig. I never complained, never even knew I was to get the additional items yet they followed through to make it right. It's such a small thing but still it says a lot.

I agree, Sig is the best from any point you look at it, products, customer service, prices etc'
one thing though why do i have to buy their catalog, i'm buying from them for three years now and would have bought much more if i didnt have to pay for the catalog.
Tower figured that one out and now i cannot stop their catalogs even if i tried.

I've had a similar experience with Sig as well. A first class operation all the way that sets the bar for others to follow.
