Want to know how that new plane will handle? Thanks to Gray Beard for sending this chart. It makes calculating your wing loading as easy as drawing a straight line!

A handy tool to have . Jemco used to supply a handbook
in every standoff scale kit that had this same graph.

I'll point out however that this graph doesn't tell the complete
story about loading.

You should also consider the airfoil cross section. For a
flat bottom airfoil the loading will be a little lower. For a
semi symmetrical section it will be a little higher and a bit
higher again for a fully symmetrical section.
