Default Tiger 60

Hello!
I would be interested in purchasing a CarlGoldberg Tiger 60. I understand that there is a "required" modification to increase the rudder size to improve knife edge flight. I would like to know if it would be better to buy the kit (cheaper), and make the mods during construction, or modify the ARF. Are there any preferences to either?

Thank you,
Graeme

It depends on You, are wanting to build or just fly. It’s a very easy mod to make on the kit.

I have a thread going titled Tiger 60 Build / Start date 12/05/09. I am building the kit. I increased the rudder and elevator by about 3/4 inch. It is a very easy mod. Checkit out. I have made several mods. Mine is a taildragger. And I am adding anose cowl instead of the cheeks. Much sleeker and doesnt look so much like abeginner model.
