I understand that the 'wind farm' industry uses a lot of balsa as well and this has put a crimp in the supply as well in the last few years...

Maybe they can get a shipment of Koverall and Nitrate Dope and Thinner, Had to order pints of thinner from them instead of quarts(they were out), had to order small packages of Koverall instead of two large (they were out) and the Dope was the same story, this was just before Christmas-Hopefully they can get back into the market place and be a major supplier as they once were-I have enjoyed their products for many years.

Dont give up on Sig!! You have to admit the economy has been tough on all of us. Maybe Sig couldhave gotten some kits out with the balsa that was supplied to them but they would be total junk and Sig will not sell JUNK KITS !!!
There has been a death in upper management that affected the Chinese supply of high quality ARFs but that situation will be overcome .
The owner of the company hada heart attack but he is fine now and besides Sig is completely independent as far as management and finances so they will survive anything.
Now how did nitroplanes get a bunch of Sig Senioritas that the supplier swore were not produced? Sounds fishy. Anybody know who owns Nitroplanes? Are they foreign or domestic? Where are the Senioritas being shipped from?

Sig has been down for a long time-the deaths of two husbands will take a toll on a family run business- maybe the company can return to its former glory.
