The aileron hinges must extend into the foam core at the TE. Only thin CA will wick properly - so will it eat the foam a bit if CA hinges are used? Or is there a thin odorless CA?
Also, Sig likes Goldberg spinners because of the recess. I take it that the recommended distance from firewall to "back of the spinner" is to the flange? Thanks as always for the help this excellent forum provides, and for the general courtesy offered to newbies! One experienced member told me privately that he used CA hinges without problem - just hope this is the common experience.
Sig not answering their phones - hope they're not flying inverted...(belly up)

I doubt that the little amount being put on will effect it enough to worry about it but if u have any extra foam try a little and see if it eats it. I'm building a King Kobra and I will be using dubro pinned hinges and I will be using gorrilla glue to glue them in. I did this with my Goldberg Ultimate and it worked very well. Grabs insanely strong!

Thanks: I have plenty of Gorilla left over from sheeting the cores - and regular hinges. Maybe that's the way to go.
I did get through to Sig by the way - they make a thin ca that is safe...

thanks - but their website suggests they only make it medium or thick. I'm told that won't wick properly along the CA hinges.
