how do i setup the thottle servo it looks like the servo tray is down way to far

The only things I ever use for throttle hookups are . . .
a flexible cable http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXK056&P=7
and EZ connectors http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXE114&P=ML
I have never used anything else and I am very happy with them. They curve very nicely without binding the servos.
Gluing blocks of wood onto the servo tray underneath the servo to raise it is also a very good idea, but I would still use a cable setup.
