Just for those who care:

The full size cub's get their wings clipped at the root.

<span style="font-size: larger;">Yep. Clip it at the tip and you cut down on the aileron size and Idon't think you want to do that. Every full size Cub that I heard about with clipped wings got them clipped at the root. Now slamming in the door normally clips them at the tip, but that ain't a good way to clip them.

But the CG Cub has full-span ailerons, so it's a moot point
