I have started a Big Bingo (85 ' 'WS) kit which I bought way back in the mid eightys. Just pruchased an MT35 of it. While reviewing the plans and try to figure out rather to mount engine upright or inverted I became aware that the design had no engine offset, right or down thrust. Should I be worried? Seems most likely the plane would require a lot of trimming with power changes. On one forum I have read about one rc pilot with a Big Bingo that was very tail heavy. I'm guessing it flew ok with the engine mounted square to the firewall.. Can anyone recommend the proper right and down thrust. Is there any good books in print that might give a builder insight?

alot of people are going with gas now . I would lighten the airframe , because the thing is a lumber yard and really too much
lite ply, the plans specify a ST 3200, OR 3000. I Think there are some threads in the giant scale forum on the B BINGO.
