Default removing glued balsa

Hi guys. I was working on my wing today, and I glued the wrong balsa on my ribs as caps. I used ca glue for putting them on, when I tried to sand them flush it just went all to heck. Can you please tell me how to remove them?
Thanks
Chris

I'd recommend carefully stripping them off with a sharp x-acto blade.
You can get a debonder for CA but I don't know how that would leave these ribs

Ditto. It's a long slow process

Any attempt at debonding may well debond the ribs from the spars and leading edge as well.

A VERY sharp X-Acto knife may be your best bet, but no matter what you do it will be a long process.

Sorry,
Dennis-

Use a razor plane or a very good and sharp small block plane, much eisier than sanding or Xacto knife. Just plane the caps down to proper thickness.

thats exactly what I did. I took a razor blade and got most of it taken off, then I just carefully sanded until I got just past the glue and called it good. It looks pretty good, but one never knows!
Thanks for the help!
