Default Looking for a kit

I would like to find something to fit a G26 gas engine. No more arfs. WWII era, preferred. I haven't found much of anything in a 120 - 150 size kit, I guess they are kind of a rarity. Thanks for your input!

The G26 size is kind of stuck in the middle. You will probably have to look into a 50cc size if you want to go gas in a WWII era plane. The door is wide open once you hit that size but mostly for plans built, you can get a short kit cut for most plans. About the only production kits avalable are the Top-Flite giant scale warbirds and they are all 50cc class. There are a few top dollar composite kits available for the 50cc+ class but you will pay dearly.
Good Luck!!

<span style="font-family: Comic Sans MS">if you have 2 and want to get into a twin, ziroli plans has a short kit of a 100" B-25. i'd kill another weedwacker for that one.this would be at the lower end of the range, though.

If a high wing plane is ok you could build the Vailly Aviation 1/5 scale Bird Dog.

Wingspan ............... 86.5 inches ........... Wing Area ................ 1003 sq.inches
Overall Length .......... 58 inches ........... Weight ...................... 11 - 14 Lbs

Another option is the Spitfire from American Eagle it’s a copy of the Dynaflite. If you can find a Midwest AT-6 or Dynaflite PT-19 kit they would also work.

http://www.flyrcmodels.com/spitfire.htm

Spitfire
Length 64"
Wing Span 84"
Wing Area 1500 sq. in.
Weight 12 - 20 lbs.
Engines Zenoah 38/23
Scale 1/5

A SIG or Balsa USA Cub done in military colors will fit the bill!
