Sig 1/4 scale clipped wing cub - Control Throws?
 

Can anyone provide assistance with control throws on a Sig 1/4 Clipped wing Cub?

Currently I have mine set at
Ail 3/4 Up 7/8 down
Ele 1" up and down
Rud 1"

Any thoughts would be appriciated!

hi rc, i am finishing a 1/4 scale sig (i clipped the wing to 89 inches) the rec. throws in plans say
rudder= 1 3/4
elev= 1 3/8 up and 1 3/8 down
aileron= 2" total

pics of mine are below i did a few changes like p/p on tail controls.

1" one elevators works well for me. On ailerons use all you can get, 'cause the Cub's roll rate isn't very fast. Oh, dial-in LOTS of aileron differential, so that it won't drop its tail in the turns.

roll rate should be pretty good with a clipped wing don't ya think? 1 inch sounds good tho...high and low rates are wonderful eh?
