Help Requested

Looking for the CG and Rates setup for a SIG Something Extra.
I have the ARF but think its the same as the Kit.

The arf vs the kit shouldn't be that different if any at all. To be safe set the cg at 1/4 forward of the arf's recommended cg and the throws adjust them the same. You'll be fine with that.
After you fly it move the cg back a little at a time.

c/g; center of wing spar,or 3.5" from leading edge
elev;low rate,1.25", high rate 2"
ail; low rate,1", high rate 2"
rudder;low rate,1-7/8",high rate;2.25"
throttle; full range of travel.
