Got some more work done today, really had to do some head scratching to get my engine installed. I wanted to use the stock muffler on this plane for power and reliability reasons.

Now I need to find the best shape/sized plastic bottle to cut out and seal off the muffler compartment I made.

Perfect, I found something in my junk storage that will work better than a plastic bottle. I'm going to cut up an external fuel tank that came with my cmp p47.

Your FW looks really nice. I got lucky and am now the proud owner of this kit. Can't wait to finish my corsair (Fuse, tail feathers, built. Wing half built) so I can build it. FW is one of my favorite planes.

I HAVE A TOP FLITE 1/5 SCALE P51 ;HAVING PROBLEMS INSTALLING A G62 ENGINE;ANY IDEAS WOULD BE HELPFUL

I think I really need to get the skyshark cowl for this plane. I just cant take the looks of the one that came with the kit.

Ok, received my skyshark cowl and have the fuselage primed and mostly ready for painting.

Wow, building one of these planes takes a lot of time. I finally got it painted, just need to do some finishing touches and I'll be ready to fly soon.

Ok finished clear coating and putting decals on. Just have to set up my landing gear and put a few finishing touches on it.
