Adjust-to-Jig
 

I have access to one of these NIB, wondering what they would have retailed for when they were available?

How useful ar they?

They cost about $125 when I bought mine 6yrs ago.

They are extremely usefull for building constant cord wings. Anything like a 4* or LT-40 wing is perfect for this thing,

I think you can do tapered wings on it--but I have no idea how and I've lost my directions.

They are beefy and heavy duty. I have mine mounted on a 2x10 board about 8ft long.

It takes a little time to set it up--but once you get all the ribs strapped down and start gluing--your done with the major framing in 20-30 minutes.

It's not totally idiot-proof. You DO need to pay attention to what your doing when you set it up and strap the ribs down. But, with a little care--you'll get a perfectly straight wing out of it everytime.

There are also fuselage attachments for building the fuse on it too. I've only used it for that once--and that was more trouble than it was worth.

For wing panels--ya can't beat it.

I have had one for 3-4 years I used it once to make a fuse.

They take up a lot of room in the workshop, if you are planning on doing a lot of building I think that they would be great, if you are only going to make one plane every 2 years .... mayby. Your call.
