can ca be undone
 
i screwed up on a tailsection of a kyosho spacewalker and already put ca on all hinges. Can i undo the ca and fix my mess up

sure. find some debonding fluid at your LHS in the ca display. I actually think its acetone but that only a guess. I use it to clean my fingers after aggressive (read that sloppy) gluing.

i thought i saw some of that stuff. thnx for the advice but i just cut the hinges and will rehinge tomorrow</p>

were the hinges slid into the surfaces or did you put CA on them outside the surfaces?


* cause I was going to say, it is a lot harder to get CA undone on hinges. If it was a balsa part glued to a balsa part, CA debonder would work fine.
