Where are the best place to install the 401 gyro on the nexus to avoid oil on it ? Over the fuel tank is very oily !

That is where I have mine mounted, but I also have an extension on my muffler. It helps keep the oil away from the heli.

I have mine mounted there too. Just wipe it down every couple of flights....I think we can learn from the Car guys and their very high reving engines... Most aircraft fuel has WAY more oil than is really needed. Just call one of the Fuel manufactures and ask them....

Default Servo tray

I have mine mounted on the top of the servo tray in front of the top servo. There is a little space about 1 inch, fits almost all the way on with 2 sided tape.

The Gyro needs to be mounted as close to the axis as possible (main shaft), for it to be the most responsive.
