Default Caliber blowed the clutch, Helli down

Well: My caliber blowed the clutch while it was
about 75 ft in the air. It took out a lot of structure
when it blowed. In fact more than when the helli hit
the dirt. LOL. It was weird, the helli turn 180 on
me for no reason. Oh hell nose in time. I got her
straightened back up and had her coming home.
Than it done the 180 thing again. Only this time
it was LOOK OUT time LOL. She lost power and i had
no control. When she hit the dirt I could not shut her down
by the kill switch on my radio. The little os 32sxh
was screaming wide open. This is going to cost me.
When the cluch blowed it severed mutiable places
on the main frame. Not to mention what damage was done
when she hit the dirt LOL. Those 5 full parts kits are starting
to widdle away. LOL

You better check the one way bearing. I'll bet it was what let loose int he air. The clutch most likely went while on the ground.

Mine looked just fine but kept letting loose. While flying the engine would got to very high RPM's but the head would not. It happened several times and after auto'ing, it would be OK until the last flight when it happened at the wrong place so I replaced it.

Well: It appears to be ok: I turned it by hand to try
to feel any rough spots and it appears smooth
and engaging normal. I will order one cause thats
one thing i over looked when i ordered my back up parts.
The heli is back togeather for now and have only been
hovering at low altitude and so far it appears ok.
When the one way bearing arrives i will replace it
just to make sure. Thanks for your help.
