I had a peculiar problem today that scared the hell out of me. I put a partially depleted battery pack (2600 NIMH) in my Corona to run the battery down. The heli fired up and began to skirt around the ground and I had no control over the throttle. My throttle lever was down, and I still had power to the controls because I could still change the direction it was skirting. (Not having enough energy to lift, but enough to slide around)
I've never experienced this before, and when I put a fresh battery in, all was ok again........any hints? corrections? go to stupid school?......what...

That's quite an unusual problem isn't it?!? Good thing it didn't go any worse than that.
Does your ESC require you do a setup every time you put a battery in? Thats the only thing I could think of...
